It was sheer luck I found these guys, the tow truck driver who picked me up recommended them and have had amazing service since.

Recently moved to Massachusetts, and have been reluctant to use any unknown mechanic, considering how many bad ones you will find in any city.

I am VERY selective who I let work on my vehicles (being a meticulous mechanic myself). Because of this I admittedly can be a major pain to work for, but the owner has been extremely patient with me and fully understands how important quality work means to me.

Since my first experience, where I was in a bind and needed repair fast, I have since gone back and still receive excellent service. They always answer the phone and most importantly continue to impress me.

Jarome and his crew are more than accommodating, friendly and dedicated to providing excellent service and not just being a salesman like most other shops. Most people cringe going to a mechanic for auto work, instead Jarome has made it a relieving experience.

I will 100% be using them in the future for service/work beyond my abilities. I have found "my mechanic" and would recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks guys! -Jed M

This shop is great- very knowledgeable and trustworthy (trust being pretty important when your a little lady). They are very quick and fit me in no problem every time. They always call with details of the potential repairs and costs, and also provide options if you are on a budget and may not be able to swing all the repairs at once. Super nice guys. I've mostly been in touch with Jerome, who even made sure my repairs were done of a quick deadline when most of his guys were on vacation that week - that was awesome. I highly recommend JCB Auto!

I recently had my Car break down and was recommended to this shop, now I know why... These guys are top notch... When you walk in, you don't get a grungy garage atmosphere, it has a lounge feel for the office. The 2 owners are nice and upfront, they told me what needed to be done now and what could wait till later. Their prices are great. They charged me 170 dollars less than the shop next door.

I was having issues with my car. I had previously brought it to a different mechanic who replaced my battery thinking that was the issue...it wasn't. I then brought my car to JCB through a recommendation. They were wonderful. They took the time to properly diagnose my car and kept me posted each step of the way. The owner had to do a lot of research on my specific car to find what the issue was. I am so grateful that they took the time and ended up saving me a LOT of money! I will for sure bring my car back here the next time I have issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
